We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Dr. Ghiba graduated from Boston University Dental School in 1993 with Doctor of Medicine and Dentistry (DMD) degree. He worked for a year in group practice and returned back to University of Medicine and Dentistry, New jersey for Postgraduate specialty in Prosthodontics (specialty in fixed, removable, implant prostheses and TMD treatment). He graduated in 1996.
Dr. Ghiba focuses on comprehensive high quality dental care and loves doing Partials, Dentures and Dental implants. He also Prosthodontist a specialty that focus on dental implants dentures and partials dentures and keep the rest on there without taking anything else.
Dr. Ghiba has been practicing all phases of dentistry since 1993. He has also been appointed at teaching institutions like UMDNJ, Case Western University and Al-Kalamoon University.
Dr. Ghiba resides with his wife and 3 children In Westlake Ohio.
